How many Hermes PaketShop and Box locations are there?
Over 17,000 locations, including convenience stores, newsagents, small supermarkets, fuel stations and independent businesses.
How long do customers have to pick up their order?
Customers have up to 7 working days to collect from a PaketShop and 3 days from a Hermes Box.
What happens if customers don’t collect their parcel?
Parcels are returned to the sender if not collected within the collection window.
How do customers know their order is ready?
Hermes notifies customers when their parcel is ready for collection, either by email or through the Hermes app.
Do customers need ID to collect?
Yes, at a Parcel Shop, customers need to show ID. If the sender has booked TAN-secured shipping, a 4-digit TAN is also required. At a Locker, customers need their pickup TAN.
