How does the partnership between HubBox and DPD work?
DPD handles the delivery to the pickup point and the last-mile logistics across its UK network. HubBox provides the frontend checkout software, interactive maps, and smart data routing to process pickup locations seamlessly within your existing systems.
What kinds of locations are in the DPD Pickup network?
The network is made up of around 16,000 locations across the UK – a blend of branded partnerships including Co-op, Post Office, Sainsbury’s, Matalan and Numark, independent shops, and YEEP! and Quadient lockers.
Do we need to rewrite our warehouse labeling or ERP processes?
No. HubBox translates selected checkout locations into standard home-delivery formatted endpoints. Your shipping software, ERP, and WMS will process these orders as regular shipments, eliminating the need for custom IT integrations.
How do customers collect their parcel?
Once the parcel arrives at the chosen shop or locker, the customer receives a notification with a collection QR code. They collect whenever suits them, within the location’s opening hours – and lockers are available around the clock at many sites.
