How many Local Collect locations are there?
Over 25,000 locations are available across the UK, including Post Offices, Customer Service Points, Lockers and Local Shops via Collect+.
How long do customers have to pick up their order?
Customers have up to 18 days to collect from Local Shops, Customer Service Points and Post Offices. Locker collections are held for 3 days, after which the parcel transfers to a nearby Customer Service Point for a further 18 days.
What happens if customers don’t collect their parcel?
Parcels are returned to the sender if not collected within the collection window.
How do customers know their order is ready?
Royal Mail sends email and/or SMS notifications with pickup instructions.
Do customers need ID to collect?
Yes – customers bring an ID matching the name on the package.
