DHL delivers the order
DHL drops the package to the chosen Parcel Pickup point. Batch shipping to a single pickup location significantly reduces carbon emissions and guarantees first-time delivery success.

Customer gets their DHL pickup code
Customers receive automated collection instructions via email and SMS – including a unique pickup code, info on opening hours and pickup location details.

Customer collects their order
Customers have up to 10 days to pickup their order.

Customers have up to 10 days to collect their parcel after it arrives at the Parcel Pickup point. Many locations are open late and at weekends.
The parcel will be returned to the sender if not collected.
Customers will receive an email notification from DHL including their Pickup Pass. They show this pass at the location.
For DHL, ID is required on every parcel collection.
