By partnering with HubBox in order to fulfil their local Click & Collect, Vape Superstore will be able to offer their customers over 4,000 local collect points across the UK from which to pick up their orders. Additionally, customers will be able to collect their orders from Vape Superstore’s own locations. The new delivery option will be available immediately and works with all of their current delivery speeds, giving their customers the option to choose from standard, 48-hour and next-day Click & Collect.
Whilst the high-street market is booming for the vaping industry, not everyone is close enough to a Vape Superstore to make collect from store a practical fulfilment option. Through the addition of HubBox, Vape Superstore customers will now be able to collect their e-liquids and technology from a convenient collection point near their home or workplace, ensuring they don’t have to deal with the frustrations of a missed delivery.

Offering Click & Collect has also been proven to have a positive impact on conversion rates and average basket values, as customers who have a secure collection point and thus don’t have to worry about missing a collection add more items, and items of higher value to their baskets when they shop.
