Drinks retailer Oddbins partners with HubBox to launch nationwide Click & Collect

Wine and Spirits retailer Oddbins has launched a Click & Collect service in partnership with delivery specialists HubBox, enabling customers to order and collect their favourite tipple from over 4,000 collect points across the country.

At a time when providing the right delivery options is increasingly important to securing sales and generating customer loyalty, this latest addition to Oddbins’ delivery options is a key piece of the puzzle when it comes to satisfying customer expectations around convenience.

Click & Collect is an increasingly in-demand delivery option for customers, who appreciate the flexibility and control which it affords them. Following home delivery, it is the most popular delivery option for customers, with over 78% of UK shoppers saying they expect to be offered a Click & Collect option at checkout.

HubBox offers one of the most advanced and accessible Click & Collect solutions on the market, with a light-touch integration that can be rapidly executed on a retailer’s checkout.

HubBox Click & Collect is fully compatible with all of the delivery speeds that Oddbins currently offers, which range from Standard and Saturday to next-day pre 10 am for an order placed before 2 pm.
