Our user-friendly pickup locator makes it simple for customers to find and choose the most convenient UPS Access Point.
Step 2
Customer’s shipping address is automatically updated
The shipping address is instantly updated to reflect the selected UPS Access Point.
Step 3
UPS delivers the order
UPS delivers the package to the selected pickup location using Ground or Air service.
Step 4
Customer receives a notification
Once the order is ready for pickup, the customer is notified and has 7 days to collect it at their convenience.
Step 5
Customer collects their order
The customer visits the chosen location and presents an ID, if required, to securely retrieve their package.

UPS Access Point locations are local businesses that provide a convenient alternative for receiving or dropping off ready-to-ship parcels, including returns.
There are over 20,000 across North America and 40,000 across Europe.
With HubBox’s software, absolutely no changes are required to downstream systems.
Customers have 7 days to collect their order from the pickup location. Many locations offer extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
Uncollected parcels will be returned to the sender.
Customers receive an email notification from DPD, including their Pickup Pass, which they present at the pickup location.
This depends on the retailer’s settings. If ID is required, it will be specified in the email notification from DPD.
Parcels for DPD Pickup locations should weigh less than 20kg, and no two sides should exceed 120cm.
