Customer selects a PostNord Service Point at checkout
Our user-friendly pickup locator ensures customers can easily find and select the most convenient location.
Step 2
PostNord delivers the order
PostNord drops the package to the chosen pickup point. Batch shipping to a single pickup location significantly reduces carbon emissions and guarantees first-time delivery success.
Step 3
Customer gets their PostNord pickup code
Customers receives a notification when the order has arrived at the pickup point and is ready to be collected. Notifications will be sent via SMS and email if provided, as-well as via the PostNord app.
Step 4
Customer collects their order
Customers have up to 7 days to pickup their order (some locations may vary).
FAQ
The PostNord network is comprised of more than 19,000 locations across the Nordics. MyPack Collect service enables customers to ship their orders to one of these locations.
Customers have up to 7 days to collect their parcel after it arrives at the pickup point. Locker locations may vary. An extension is available via the PostNord app for a charge.
The parcel will be returned to the sender if not collected.
Customers are notified that their order is ready for pickup through SMS and email alerts, as well as via the PostNord app. Notifications include the pickup location, the sender, and a link with further details.
To pick up an order from a locker, customers can use their Bank ID or the PostNord app. For a Servicepoint, customers must present a valid ID along with the parcel’s tracking information.
For Parcel Lockers, the maximum weight is 10kg, with dimensions up to 42 x 49 x 60 cm.
For Servicepoints, the maximum weight is 20kg in Finland, Denmark, and Sweden, with dimensions up to 150 x 300 x 300 cm. In Norway, the maximum weight is 35kg, with dimensions up to 240 x 360 x 360 cm.
