DPD delivers the order
DPD delivers the order to the chosen pickup location via the DPD Next Working Day service. Batch shipping to a single pickup location significantly reduces carbon emissions and guarantees 100% first-time delivery success.

Customer gets their DPD collection alert
Automated collection instructions – including a unique pickup QR code, opening hours and pickup point address details – are sent to the customer via email and SMS.

There are over 10,000 DPD Pickup locations across the UK. These include independent shops, branded supermarkets, and locker banks.
With HubBox’s software absolutely no changes whatsoever are required to downstream systems.
Customers can pick up their order within 7 days of the order arriving at the location. Many locations are open late and on weekends.
The parcel will be returned to the sender if not collected.
Customers will receive an email notification from DPD including their Pickup Pass. They show this pass at the location.
This depends on how the retailer has set up the service. If ID is required, this will be stated in the email notification from DPD.
Parcels destined for a DPD Pickup location should weigh less than 20kg and have no two sides longer than 120cm.
