Shopper FAQS

There are very few restrictions on what goods can be shipped to a pick-up point. Size is the biggest consideration, with the recommended parcel dimensions being 1m cubed, and up to 20-25kg in weight. Retailers who are selling bigger goods such as furniture won’t offer pick-up collections as an option for those products.

There are size restrictions on packages and some items like perishable foods, cannot be sent to a Pickup Point. This does not stop you from using Pickup Points for quantifiable products – our software will automatically hide the Pickup Points option when the basket contains non-qualifiable products.
